Anthony E. Wierzbowski, Esq.

I was raised in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated from St. Francis College in 1985, magna cum laude with a BA in History.  I then attended New York Law School and graduated in 1988 and was admitted to practice law in New York State in January of 1989.  I was also admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1994 and New Jersey in 1997.  I made my home in Staten Island, New York in 1990.  I am a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Knights of Columbus, the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and its Business Guild 2.

 I can be described as a civil law attorney focusing on Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Real Estate, Elder Law and Business Law in New York and New Jersey.  Whether you are purchasing your first or third home; starting or expanding your business; or downsizing as you prepare for retirement, I can provide the assistance you need to help make your dreams a reality. 

I am also there to assist my clients when they are facing some of their most difficult moments; such as when illness threatens their ability to take care of themselves; or a family member is facing death and needs assistance documenting their last wishes as to their medical care or how their assets are to be distributed upon their death; or if a client has been named in a Will as the Executor.  With my over 36 years of experience, I can assist my clients through these difficult times with compassion and integrity.
